Rochester meditation series with Don DeMercurio

This series of evening meditations will be guided to assist in quieting the body/mind, turning inward and deepening into the stillness of our deeper nature. There will also be an opportunity during the meditation for those who wish, to offer the names of people who have asked for healing or for whom you would like to offer healing. 

No prior meditation experience is necessary.

Dates: 6 Wednesdays: 1/15, 1/29, 2/12, 2/26, 3/11, 3/25.

Time: 7:00pm - 8:30pm

Location: TBD based on size of group

Fee: Suggested donation - $10 (All donations will go towards hot meals for our homeless community at the Peace Village.
